A DTMF mark consists of two audio frequencies. Using this control, the individual DTMF frequencies can setup, so that the Gateway correctly decode each character. Both too high and too low settings can cause a bad evaluation. About the controls for each frequency is a separate level display. Here is something to play until all the figures properly evaluated. Both too small and too large can lead errors by decoding.
The sound should be a half to one second, otherwise the program can not evaluate the tones. The pause between the tones should not be longer than one second, so that all tones are detected.
